What is Cryopen?

Cryopen is a system of treatment for the above symptoms using extreme cold with pen-point accuracy.

The Cryopen works by applying a very fine jet (accurate to 1mm) of cryogen (cooling fluid) to the skin lesion, this freezes the lesion leaving surrounding tissue unaffected. Initially the lesion will take on a frost like appearance, the whole lesion will be frozen within a matter of seconds. The lesion may blister within a day following treatment, this will then crust (scab) and after about 10 to 14 days the scab will fall off, the skin will then be healed. The skin may be appear lighter in colour or pink, which then returns to it's normal colour over a period of a few months.

Cryopen uses state of the art cooling technology that doesn't need dangerous cryogenic gases and liquids.
