Threading is an ancient method of facial hair removal that originated in India and the Middle East. It is used for removing hair from entire face, includin the eyebrows, the upper lip, the chin and the cheeks.

Threading practitioners start by using a pure cotton thread. The Threader holds the cotton thread in such a way that it creates a loop and the loop is then used to trap unwanted hair so that it can be quickly removed from the hair follicle.
